Denise Mitchell, Certified Massage Therapist, specializes in medical massage and touch therapy for individuals with high medical needs, such as cancer and illnesses associated with the aging process. Being well trained in other massage modalities, she also offers deep tissue/sports massage, pregnancy massage, and Swedish massage.

Her gentle bodywork technique helps to ease anxiety and give temporary pain relief through healing touch. She integrates acupressure and reflexology into the massage session to help strengthen the immune system and to support the body's natural healing capabilities. 

She offers touch therapy for those not interested in an entire full body massage, but who are in need of human contact; for example, at bedside in a nursing home, rehabilitation facility, or during the last stages of life.
